Rapid Transformational Therapy

Change Starts In The Mind

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hybrid therapy combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Regression Therapy.

RTT has been developed and fine-tuned for 30 years by internationally acclaimed Hypnotherapist Marisa Peer.

RTT builds on the basis that past experiences, habits and beliefs create patterns in the subconscious mind, and that these patterns dictate our attitudes, actions and reactions. Once we understand the cause of the problem, the transformation begins.

“Hypnosis is a way of directly accessing the subconscious mind so that clients can understand what is running their unwanted behaviours.”

Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotions will one day become a reality

During the RTT session, I will guide you to revisit different scenes, uncover the meaning and interpretation you associate with certain events and enable you to complete with the traumas and past experiences which cause your suffering or simply keep you blocked.

You will benefit from a particular set of techniques which truly empowers you, acknowledges the significance of your problems and then offers an emotional release, freedom and permanent change.

We are all time-starved and searching for efficient solutions for our physical or emotional issues, pain and discomforts. RTT offers rapid and transformative change most commonly in a single 90 minute session.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does RTT really work?

Yes, hypnosis and in particular RTT has worked and continues to work for thousands of people. It’s simple, effective and fast.

The step-by-step approach in RTT allows you to understand the reason and root cause of any issue you struggle with. Understanding is power, and understanding in hypnosis is the most phenomenal, transforming, liberating power.

Can everybody be hypnotised?

Yes, as long you wish to be hypnotised. Experience of hypnosis will be different for everyone each time. Clients may initially state that ‘it didn’t work’ but report significant change later on.

My life could be better on many fronts, but I feel uneasy to contact a therapist?

I can confirm that we all experience some limitations from time to time, and it is very normal to ask for professional help in order to get better. Based on my experience, low self-esteem and lack of confidence are general triggers for most problems and issues we experience daily. They affect our relationships, love life, career, finances, health and overall wellbeing – and when transformed will massively improve all these areas. As a coach and therapist, I will combine different skills and methods to suit your needs.

Will I be under the therapist’s power during the hypnosis?

No, you are awake and aware of everything that is happening throughout the session and cannot be made do or say anything against your will.

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind and is an important part of everyday life. Whenever our mind wanders, daydreams or is focused on something (e.g. reading a book, driving a familiar route, watching a film, meditating etc.), you are in a state of hypnosis.

What if I remember some unpleasant scenes during a regression?
Regression is an invaluable way to discover the source of any issue. You will not re-experience anything (physical pain for example), but will simply revisit and observe events or experiences from the past. What you see may bring up some old emotions, but you will feel completely safe to let them go as you observe them.
Is it confidential?
Absolutely, we will sign a contract to protect your confidentiality.
How can it work in just one session?

Hypnosis allows direct access to the subconscious mind which holds the root causes of what makes you act or react ‘automatically’. Quite often the root causes are ‘survival patterns’ generated in the past. The source of the issue is usually based on an age appropriate understanding. When you are able to observe yourself and your experiences from a non-judgemental perspective, it’s easy to let them go and move onto rewiring new beliefs that are more beneficial. Some issues and clients may need more time but as a rule one session is enough.

Does the result stay?

Understanding is key. Once you understood why, when and how you experienced that issue, it will never return. After the session, you receive a personalised recording and it is important that you listen to it for the next 21 days. During that time, your brain will rewire and cement the new habit or belief needed for moving on and exploring freedom and joy in the areas you worked on.

The most common ways to feel the change
caused by RTT is:

  • Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
  • Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
  • Retroactive: You don’t notice the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
